Paul spent two decades in automotive design with Jaguar, Hyundai Kia, and Ford, working on systems that turn complex engineering inputs into information people can understand and trust. When his dog Stevie had a health scare, he kept coming up against the same problem: there was no objective record of how she'd been moving. No baseline. Nothing to compare. That question became the starting point for Hound Forward.

Dr. Ricky is a canine physiotherapist who has built his career around watching dogs move. In clinical practice he often sees gait changes weeks before they become a diagnosis: subtle shifts in weight, small asymmetries in stride, early compensations that most owners wouldn't recognise. His clinical judgement underpins everything Hound Forward measures.

Grant is a full-stack engineer with rich experience in software architecture and data infrastructure. His experience covers platform engineering, data pipelines, and the systems design needed to handle complex information at scale. He brings the kind of end-to-end technical depth that helps a small team build reliable tools that last.
